You will need to log-in to your CCC student account to access these forms.  Completed forms will route to the 登记 & 注册服务 Department for processing; you will be contacted at your CCC student email address (@students.taipanhousekeeping.com) 一周内 with confirmation or any next steps you may need to take.

登记 Add/Drop form - This registration form is for students enrolling in courses after the self-add and self-下降 registration period has ended. 通常, the first Wednesday of the semester (The last day to Register without the Instructor's Approval)

*Any registration during this time will require instructors permission to add to the course.
